8 week Indoor program Wednesdays Oct 13-Dec 1 7-8pm $200 Incl Tax Co-Ed Ages 10+ In this 8 Wk program Athletes will work on developing a good foundational understanding of how to prepare and train their bodies for improved Speed & Strength. Working on both aspects develops - Rapid Force Production - Explosive Speed - Accelerations - Speed & Agility The programming is focused on building a strong foundation of functional movement and prioritizes athletes understanding movement and correct form, from which strength & power can be developed for individual long term athletic development and as a basis of injury prevention. Programming will include - Training forming strong Movement Prep habits - Speed Agility Drills & Progressions - Strength & Conditioning circuits - Training forming strong Stretching & Cool down habits Recommended for Motivated Athletes Ages 10+ Athletes will be grouped by age within the program if required.
